Vantagesoft helps a new client to map out a successful future

A company on the South Coast were about to embark on sourcing a new ERP. Due to incredible levels of growth and expansion, they had gone through a relocation exercise that provided logistical and structural challenges that the company had addressed face on. Technology was then high on the agenda and realisation that they had outgrown their incumbent ERP was becoming clear.
Before going to market to find the ideal solution, the Directors were keen to map out their current business processes to have a clear understanding of where improvements could be made. There was no obvious resource to assist in this but my name was recommended to them by someone I have worked with previously.
I spent 2 days on-site meeting with senior representatives from Purchasing, Management, Customer Service, Sales, Production, Warehousing, Finance and Marketing. It was a full on couple of days with lots of information gathering, before providing the client with a full report for them to use during their selection process. I also provided a complete break down of functional requirements that would simplify their process for selecting viable providers.
I received this feedback which the MD is happy for me to share, although they are asking me to keep their full details confidential to avoid a mad rush of sales calls no doubt.
