It’s been a challenging few months for so many people and companies. With news of the somewhat expected recession this morning, we are all still to experience some major challenges, but dare I say, some opportunities too.
Personally, business has been fairly quiet for the last 3 months with many projects stalling, but I’m thrilled that companies and senior management, are gently applying their foot to the accelerator pedal once again.
Currently I am helping a large online retailer with a deep dive into their BI requirements. This is to ensure that there is a formalised view of business need and a real sense of buy-in from all their key people and departments. It will also make certain that they roll out the right solution for their business needs both now and for the future.
I am also working with another client to produce a training programme for their sales team. This is all about utilising the BI and CRM tools that they already have. Structuring a customer centric sales approach that encompasses current technology in the business, will help to maximise on each customer touch point.
If I can assist contacts old and new in any way, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
If software is on your radar (ERP, CRM or Business Intelligence) either as a new investment or you wish to utilise the tools you have already invested in to improve, increase or stabilise your business, I’d love to hear from you.
