I have had the pleasure of crossing paths with Martin Butterworth on numerous occasions over the years.
Like many, he has used PHOCAS for quite some time and we caught up when he was at SMP Europe a little while back.
Because we had history, I think it made it easier for Martin to speak with me honestly about some of the frustrations he was finding with overall use of the software. We looked at ways to help his team get more value, and so it began….
