“In October 2019 the business was looking for a suitable CRM system to assist in providing outstanding service to their growing customer base.

Monks & Crane were introduced to Vantagesoft by the Director of a subsidiary that had worked with Robin previously. From the start, he looked to understand our processes and requirements, before supporting us in finding the right CRM solution that suited the needs of the business. The needs of the business at the time were quite straightforward, and having never had a CRM system in place prior to this point, the goals were;

· Easy to access by anyone anywhere.

· Clear, concise data that was easy to interpret and enter.

· Self-maintained i.e. no hefty large corporation customisation charges

· Great customer support

Robin really helped this process along by setting up demo sessions with three CRM providers that he sourced as best suited to the goals that Monks & Crane had at the time. All of the solutions that were presented would have worked but it is one in particular that stood out which is essentially why we pushed forward with that system.

The time it took from agreement of commercials and implementation dates to getting ‘ go-live ‘ under way was much shorter than we had planned for. Robin stayed close to the project every step of the way ensuring that deliverables were timely and that we, as the end user, were getting everything we required on time and as agreed. The whole implementation took 11 weeks, 1 week short of the anticipated 12 and we were ready to go live around Christmas time of 2019.

Robin provided us with his expertise of the solutions out there and provided 2-3 options that were best fit for us, this saved me/us a lot of time looking at systems that didn’t really tick all of our boxes. As I say, out of the 2-3 systems that were put forward they were all great, and we had a hard time proceeding with one which was a great problem to have. I wouldn’t hesitate to utilise the expertise of Vantagesoft again in the future, and I very much look forward to doing so when the opportunity arises”.
